• Check in time: from 2:00 pm – Check Out: before 12:00.
• Guaranteeing the reservation by means of a Credit Card means that you accept the conditions of our Booking / Cancellation Policy.
• All rates include breakfast buffet from 08.00 to 11.00 hrs.
• On-line reservations on this website, enjoy an Additional bathroom amenities and soft drinks.
• Domestic pets other than Assistance are not accepted.
• One free Cot per room (upon previous request).
• The Hotel DOES NOT guarantee Parking spaces, it is subject to availability (+ Supplement).

REFUNDABLE OFFER

Low Season:

• Free Cancellation.
• Cancellation or modification free of charge up to 2 days prior to arrival.
• 50% will be charged 1 day before arrival, deductible from the final bill.
• Later Cancellation or No-Show: will be charged 100% of the total of the reservation.
• From 1st November to 17th December 2020
• From 3rd January to 25th March 2021
• From 1st November to 23rd December 2021

Medium Season:

• Free Cancellation.
• Cancellation or modification free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival.
• 50% will be charged 6 days before arrival, deductible from the final bill.
• Later Cancellation or No-Show: will be charged 100% of the total of the reservation.
• From 15th June 2020 to 16th July 2020
• From 27th September 2020 to 31st October 2020
• From 24th December 2020 to 2nd January 2021
• From 26th March 2021 to 31st May 2021
• From 26th September  2021 to 31st October 2021
• From 24th December 2021 to 1st January 2022

High Season:

• Free Cancellation.
• Cancellation or modification free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival.
• 50% will be charged 13 days before arrival, deductible from the final bill.
• Later Cancellation or No-Show: will be charged 100% of the total of the reservation.
• From 17th July 2020 to 26th September 2020
• From 1st June 2021 to 25th September 2021

• Horario de Check in: desde 14:00 – Check Out: antes 12:00
• Garantizar la reserva por medio de una Tarjeta de Crédito, significa que acepta las condiciones de nuestra Política de Reservas / Cancelación.
• Todas las tarifas incluyen desayuno buffet de 08.00 a 11.00 hrs.
• Las reservas directas On Line en esta web,  disfrutan también de: Amenities Baño adicionales y Pack Refrescos.
• No se aceptan mascotas domésticas que no sean de Asistencia.
• Una Cuna gratuita por habitación (bajo petición previa).
• El Hotel NO garantiza plazas de Parking, está sujeto a disponibilidad (+ Suplemento).

T. Media:

• Cancelación gratuita.
• Cancelación o modificación gratuita hasta 7 días antes de la fecha de llegada.
• Se cobrará el 50% 6 días antes de la llegada, deducible de la factura final.
• Cancelación posterior o No-Show: se cobrará el 100% del total de la reserva.
• Del 15 de Junio de 2020 al 16 de Julio de 2020
• Del 27 de Septiembre de 2020 al 31 de Octubre de 2020
• Del 24 de Diciembre 2020 al 2 de Enero de 2021
• Del 26 de Marzo de 2021 al 31 de Mayo de 2021
• Del 26 de Septiembre 2021 al 31 de Octubre de 2021
• Del 24 de Diciembre de 2021 al 1 de Diciembre de 2022

T. Alta:

• Cancelación gratuita.
